Love this trimmer,does a great job, super easy to use,no worries of cutting yourself

Couple of things:
1. You sent me two new heads - I only ordered one. Can you tell me how to return?
2. Actually fixed current head by placing a British dime underneath so everything connected perfectly. I will keep the one head as blades do get dull.

I finally remembered to order a new head.

Had to replace my shaving head on a new man groomer professional because new one was not cutting and they chose not to replace it under warranty so let's hope this one works as designed after the purchase

Ordered wrong item.

I ordered the wrong blades by mistake ,i called them and they refunded my money,no questions asked that day!! Good honest company !!
